How every loan is protected
50% of value, maximum
We lend at most 50% of the property’s appraised value. That margin is the foundation of the security.
First-position mortgage
The property secures the loan with a first-position mortgage registered with the National Registry.
Legal review
Every transaction goes through appraisal, title review and closing with legal counsel.
