Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Link Capital Solutions collects on this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights under Costa Rica’s Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your deal: loan type, estimated property value, amount you need, location and when you need the capital.
- Your contact details: name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, email.
- Technical details of the submission: the page and button you used, the campaign or site that brought you here, the code of the partner who referred you, if any, and an encrypted version of your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address.
We do not ask for identity documents or bank details on this site.
What we use it for
To evaluate your request and contact you on WhatsApp or by email; to send you a confirmation if you gave us your email; to recognize the partner who referred your case; to protect the form against spam; and, only if you accept, to measure which campaigns work.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@linkcapitalsolutions.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (spam protection) and, only if you accept measurement cookies, Google and Meta. Some of these providers store data outside Costa Rica.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to evaluate your request and handle any business relationship that follows, and as long as applicable law requires. If your request does not move forward, you can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it by writing to info@linkcapitalsolutions.com. You can also contact Costa Rica’s data protection agency, PRODHAB.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The site stores in your own browser what you typed in the first step of the form, so you don’t lose it if you close it; your cookie choice; the campaign that brought you during your visit; and, for 30 days, the code of the partner who referred you. Google Analytics and Meta cookies are only activated if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
