What the portal looks like
Partner questions
- Who contacts the client?
- You decide. When you register the case, say in the notes whether Link should contact the client directly or you coordinate the communication.
- How is my referral protected?
- When you register a case, the portal keeps a record with your name, the date and the time that cannot be changed or deleted, and we email you the confirmation. Clients who arrive through your personal link are recorded under your name too.
- What documents do I need?
- For the initial evaluation, the registry number or cadastral plan is enough. If you have them, you can attach the plan, the registry report or photos of the property.
- Can I see the status of my cases?
- Yes. The portal shows each case’s status, from Received to Funded, and every change also reaches you by email.
